At Inquiring Eyes, defending the wrongfully accused is deeply personal.

Someone close to me was wrongfully convicted and spent 20 years behind bars before being fully exonerated. That experience left an indelible mark: it revealed how devastating an inadequate defense can be and how essential thorough, evidence‑driven investigation is to uncovering the truth. Tragically, this is not isolated—dozens are exonerated each year, and many more may still be serving time for crimes they did not commit.

Inquiring Eyes, led by owner and lead investigator Felicia Legion, exists to be the difference in those cases. We partner with innocence clinics, conviction integrity units, defense attorneys, and families to pursue every lead, re‑examine evidence, and uncover new information for appeals.
